Research (Find)

Find-phase artifacts. What was established before anything was designed or built.

Convention

A Find records what is measured or cited, never asserted. Every Find carries a provenance: block naming its trigger, method, evidence, and — mandatory — could_not_establish: the honest bound of what it could not determine.

Naming: FCC_<TOPIC>_RESEARCH.md — same stem across stages, so a Find, its blueprint and its critique are findable together by anyone who knows only the topic.

Adopted from the convention all five peer projects converged on (AOME, CTO, CONSTEL, RC, PAOM). See FCC_PEER_SOP_ALIGNMENT_RESEARCH.
