Adversarial review to convergence, before implementation.

Convention

Rounds are R1..Rn with B/M/m (Blocker / Major / minor) counts. Convergence = a fresh reviewer returns zero new Blockers or Majors. FCC's adversarial reviewer is Claude Opus 5 — a deliberate delta from AOME's Fable-attested gate, stated rather than silent.

Naming: FCC_<TOPIC>_CRITIQUE.md — same stem across stages, so a Find, its blueprint and its critique are findable together by anyone who knows only the topic.

Adopted from the convention all five peer projects converged on (AOME, CTO, CONSTEL, RC, PAOM). See FCC_PEER_SOP_ALIGNMENT_RESEARCH.
