Blueprints (Create)

Create-phase artifacts. How a thing will be built, after its Find and before any src/ change.

Convention

FCC Rule 11 — no implementation without a blueprint. A blueprint pairs with a Find of the same stem and is accepted by an ADR before code begins.

Naming: FCC_<TOPIC>_BLUEPRINT.md — same stem across stages, so a Find, its blueprint and its critique are findable together by anyone who knows only the topic.

Adopted from the convention all five peer projects converged on (AOME, CTO, CONSTEL, RC, PAOM). See FCC_PEER_SOP_ALIGNMENT_RESEARCH.
