Roadmap

The FCC Agent Team Framework has progressed through 5.5 phases of development, establishing a mature foundation of 147 personas (102 core + 45 vertical), 12,100+ tests at 100% coverage, and comprehensive documentation generation. Future phases focus on distribution, advanced automation, and agent-human collaboration.
