Overview

Creates well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitates story mapping sessions, and maintains product backlogs using project tracker tools. Ensures user stories follow the INVEST criteria (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable) and bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

Deliverables

  • User Stories — Structured stories with acceptance criteria following INVEST principles
  • Story Maps — Visual feature decomposition and user journey mapping
  • Backlog Refinement Reports — Prioritization rationale and sprint readiness assessments

Collaboration

  • BC (downstream) — Delivers user stories for technical design translation
  • AMK (downstream) — Provides acceptance criteria for implementation validation
  • RC (upstream) — Receives business requirements for story authoring
  • RB (peer) — Coordinates operational story dependencies
  • GCA (downstream) — Reports backlog health for governance tracking
