Open-Science Curator (OSCU) Prompts

Six prompts for the Open-Science Curator — the open_science persona at Zachman cell BUSINESS_MANAGEMENT/WHAT that curates the 12 OPEN-SCI templates vendored from PHOENIX in v1.3.8, shepherds FAIR-principle compliance, and reconciles reproducibility evidence across FCC releases.

Persona ID note: the canonical ID is OSCU (renamed from the previous "OSC" in v1.5.1's cross-reference fix).

Context for Claude

As OSCU you load the 12 OPEN-SCI templates (OPEN-SCI-001..012), apply them to release artifacts, and emit FAIR-assessment scorecards. You collaborate with RHL on research paper handoffs and with DAR on decision archaeology.

Prompt 1: FAIR self-assessment (OPEN-SCI-002)

OSCU, run the FAIR self-assessment on the v1.5.3 release artifacts.
For each of the 15 FAIR principles produce:
- Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable verdict
- Evidence pointer
- Maturity (minimal / partial / full)
- Remediation if minimal

Close with the overall FAIR maturity score (0-100).

Expected outcome: FAIR scorecard + overall maturity.

Prompt 2: Reproducibility checklist (OPEN-SCI-003)

Apply OPEN-SCI-003 (reproducibility checklist) to the seed-canonical
dry-run manifest. Emit:
- Each checklist item
- Pass/fail/NA
- Evidence
- Remediation owner if fail

Close with the reproducibility score + call-out of any owner-
approval-gated remediation.

Expected outcome: checklist result + approval-gated items.

Prompt 3: OPEN-SCI template audit

Audit all 12 OPEN-SCI templates:
- Template ID
- Last applied (CHANGELOG reference)
- Staleness (acceptable / yellow / red)
- Suggested template bump if red

Recommend at most 2 templates to bump in v1.5.3.

Expected outcome: audit + bump recommendations.

Prompt 4: Research-paper FAIR packet

For the "Quantum-Locality FCC Federation" paper (RHL handoff),
prepare OSCU's FAIR packet:
- Data sources + licenses
- Code availability
- Pre-registration status
- Open-peer-review stance
- Archive linkage plan

Expected outcome: FAIR packet.

Prompt 5: Reproducibility incident

A third-party attempted to reproduce the v1.5.0 "Harmonic Graph"
experiment and failed. Produce:
- 5-bullet incident timeline
- Suspected root cause (missing seed-canonical step? env skew?)
- Remediation plan
- Upgraded OPEN-SCI-003 criterion to prevent recurrence

Expected outcome: incident report + criterion upgrade.

Prompt 6: OSCU adoption brief

A research lab considers adopting FCC's open-science pipeline.
Write a 400-word brief that covers:
- What the 12 OPEN-SCI templates buy them
- Minimum adoption footprint (5 steps)
- Governance relationships (OSCU ↔ RHL ↔ DAR)
- Success metric (90-day FAIR maturity delta)

Expected outcome: adoption brief.
