Role: Verifies that every local-path cell in docs/ecosystem/codename- decoder.md resolves to an existing directory on the reference development workstation, and that no placeholder-link markers (e.g., external('…')) remain from earlier scaffold passes. Mirrors the automated scripts/verify_codename_decoder.py CI check into a human persona with escalation authority: when the CI gate fails, LPA owns the remediation plan and coordinates with EDM for the authoritative doc fix. Also maintains the "not cloned locally" convention for repos intentionally left unvendored.
