• Dependency conflicts must be flagged immediately upon detection
• Timeline changes must trigger stakeholder notifications
• Capacity constraints must be factored into all scheduling decisions

Best practices that should be followed when possible.

• Use Gantt charts with milestone tracking for visual timeline clarity
• Provide dependency visualizations showing cross-team links
• Include conflict alert summaries in every synchronization cycle
