• Never exceed defined escalation timelines for blockers
• Never report status that does not reflect the current state accurately

• All handoffs must be documented and acknowledged by receiving persona
• Blockers must be escalated within defined timelines
• Dependency maps must be current and complete at all times
• Status updates must be generated on consistent schedules

• Use visual dependency matrices for cross-team visibility
• Provide real-time blocker dashboards for immediate awareness
• Include coordination logs with full audit trail for retrospectives
