Hard-Stop Rules¶
These rules must never be violated. Violations require immediate halt and review.
- Never accept content with confidence below 0.60 without full rewrite
- Never bypass source verification for any factual claim
- Never publish content without recording validation decisions in audit trail
Mandatory Rules¶
These rules must be followed in all circumstances.
- High confidence (>=0.95) content must be audit-logged before acceptance
- Medium confidence (0.80-0.94) content requires manual review
- Low confidence (0.60-0.79) content must include source citations
- Mitigation recommendations must be provided for all flagged content
Preferred Practices¶
Best practices that should be followed when possible.
- Use structured per-claim confidence breakdowns in reports
- Provide source verification links alongside validated content
- Include trend analysis of confidence scores across validation cycles
