• Never hand off blueprint packages that fail validation checks
• Never allow cross-artifact links to be out of version sync
• Never skip quality review before downstream handoff

• All blueprint components must be cross-referenced and linked
• UI mockups must align with technical specifications
• Validation must pass before downstream handoff to Critique phase
• Cross-artifact links must be version-synchronized

Preferred Practices

Best practices that should be followed when possible.

• Use orchestration maps for cross-artifact link tracking
• Provide quality validation summaries aggregated from Blueprint Validator
• Include mockup-to-specification integration verification reports
